In cooperation with the partners involved, the WP5 Leader will produced Guidelines for SoHO donor selection and protection, including some guiding principles. The methodology that will be used for the development of the document will consist of evaluations of donation-related risks and critical reviews of existing and emerging eligibility criteria, aiming for risk-based, tailored, flexible and consistent donor eligibility criteria.

Christina Mikkelsen

I am currently working and training as a specialist in Clinical Immunology in the Blood bank, the Department of Clinical Immunology, Copenhagen University Hospital. My main areas of interests are blood donor safety and haemovigilance and alongside my daily work I am a member of the Danish Registration of Transfusion Risks. My role in TRANSPOSE is local coordination of WP5 and the WP's deliverables.
